Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin, formerly of the CIA, is shocked that either the CIA did not brief Trump concerning the Russian bounty on American soldiers or that Trump failed to act on it.
Perhaps Elissa has too much faith in the CIA. The the top of the FBI certainly has show a willingness to do everything they can to sabotage this president. Why would the CIA be any different?
